The biggest impact that Lighthouse will have for collectors boils down to efficiency. It is easier to navigate, search, and manage workloads in Lighthouse than in a Facility Management Software package.

The tasks that are normally completed in the Facility Management Software are unchanged (entering claims, posting payments, etc.). Lighthouse in some ways is like having a collection assistant in that data is organized so you quickly know which claims need immediate attention, and when you open those claims the details are complete and logically presented.

Simple, visual displays for information help collectors resolve issues more quickly and ultimately touch more claims. Our Case Details page (shown to the right) summarizes all of the pertinent data so that when a collector is on the phone with an insurance company or patient, everything is displayed quickly and easily.
