The Lighthouse Workflow Automation module is a simple solution to make your current system more powerful, make collectors more productive, and to cultivate open communication in the back office for better collection results. Billing data is more accessible than ever and as such, it's quick and easy to see where problems exist so that they can be corrected and paid.

Simple, visual displays of information helps collectors resolve issues more quickly and ultimately touch more claims. Our Case Details page (shown to the right) summarizes all of the pertinent data so that when a collector is on the phone with an insurance company or patient, everything is displayed quickly and easily.

Our workflow reports (such as the Aging and Payment Audit Worksheets) can be exported to Microsoft Excel for further refinement and processing. All notes that have been entered into your system are displayed in Lighthouse so you don't have to bounce back and forth between systems or screens.

At LaClaro, we hang our hat on the fact that our tools are incredibly easy to use. The Lighthouse product is analogous to using a GPS system in your car. Instead of using a paper map to find a new location, you simply allow the system to tell you what route to take.
